Your chair stays booked. Even on your day off.

Stacked answers your clients, books them into real open times, fills cancellations and posts your work. You just cut.

No card to start. Built by a barber in Yukon, Oklahoma.

A day with Stacked

What actually happens while you're behind the chair.

  1. Someone texts while you're asleep.

"Got anything Thursday after 3?" Your assistant answers from your real openings and books 3:30. You wake up to it on your schedule.

  2. Your 1:00 cancels.

Stacked texts the clients who are due back and the people waiting for that day. The first yes gets the spot. You never touch your phone.

  3. You miss a call mid-fade.

The caller gets a text right away: sorry I missed you, want to book? The assistant takes it from there.

  4. You finish a cut.

Check out in two taps, tip and all. Snap a photo if they're cool with it, and it goes to your page and your Instagram.

  5. You head home.

Today's card money is ready. Cash out to your debit card in minutes, or let it hit your bank tomorrow for free.

Everything a barber needs. Nothing you have to babysit.

A front desk that never sleeps

Answers texts, booking-page chats and Instagram and Facebook DMs. Books, moves and cancels by your rules. Saves notes like “#1 on the sides” so you remember next time.

Open spots fill themselves

Cancellations go out to your waitlist and the regulars who are due back. Turn on auto-fill and it happens without you.

Your own business number

A local number for texts and calls. Calls ring you first; if you're busy, they get a text to book.

Your work, posted

Snap the cut after checkout. With the client's OK it goes to your booking page and posts to Instagram on your schedule.

Paid today

Cards, Apple Pay and tips at checkout. Cash out to your debit card in minutes. No-show and late-cancel fees if you want them.

Know your numbers

Take-home, tips, your best days and hours, who's slipping away, and what to set aside for taxes.

Switching takes an afternoon

Upload your client list from Squire, Booksy, Vagaro, Square or a spreadsheet. Add your services and hours. Put your new link in your bio. Done.

Made behind the chair

Stacked was built by a working barber in Yukon, Oklahoma, who got tired of texting clients back between fades and watching cancellations go unfilled. It's the app he wanted: simple enough to run with one hand, and smart enough to keep the chair full while he's off.

Questions barbers ask

Do I have to give my clients a new link?

You get your own booking page and your own local Stacked number for texts and calls. Put them in your Instagram bio and on your cards. Clients who book the old way can still be added by you in a few taps.

Can I bring my clients from my old app?

Yes. Export your client list as a CSV from Squire, Booksy, Vagaro, Square or a spreadsheet and upload it. Names, numbers, emails and notes come over in a minute.

What does the AI actually do?

It answers clients by text, on your booking page and in your Instagram and Facebook DMs. It only books real open times, follows your rules, and hands it to you when something needs your call. You can turn it off or limit it anytime.

Will it text my clients too much?

Appointment texts go to anyone who books. Openings and "you're due" texts only go to clients who said yes, never overnight, and anyone can reply STOP.

How do I get paid?

Clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Money goes to your bank every day for free, or cash out to your debit card in minutes for a small fee.

Is there a contract?

No. 14 days free, then month to month. Cancel anytime from the app.
